Sweet Pond Eco Community will consist of approximately 80 acres that will be subdivided from the 102 acre parcel at 413 Sweet Pond Road in Guilford, VT.
This 80 acres is Orchard in the Southwest corner of the property, the pond to its east, banks and marshland, and the hillside and woodlot rising to its East and making up the largest piece of the property.
The existing house on the property and fields to the Northwest and Northeast are not planned to be part of the project at this time. We do own the ranch at this time and if you come to visit please feel free to park in the driveway, but do give us notice first.
