The community will be organized and managed by its members. After move-in gardening, landscape, plowing, improvements, upkeep, and community administration will be performed on a voluntary basis by community members. There will be no labor requirement per se but all are expected to contribute their talents and personal strengths. Not everyone will always be able to participate as actively as they wish they could and others would prefer but that changes with cycles and a successful community, like a family, can find balance. For legal concerns an initial operations budget, maintenance, and organizational structure are provided for in our Declaration and Bylaws that does not take into account any voluntary contributions though we should of course hope it would never come to this.
