We will post community documents on this page when they are filed. We have created the necessary documents for forming the community, conveying the land to it, and basic operating procedures. We have left the bylaws fairly unrestrictive so that upon move-in the community can determine many of the specifics and details. We have left policies such as those for land and pets vague so that as the project evolves we have room to properly shape them. Copies of the draft documents are available at Open Houses, Meetings, or upon request.
